In the summer of 2023 I had the absolute pleasure of singing Puccini’s Tosca for the first time.
Challenged with a short window of preparation I set myself to the task, and within a few weeks ‘my’ Tosca emerged.
I loved developing her character, as she is NOT all sugar, spice and everything nice. There were layers of insecurity, power dynamics, vulernability and vocal colours to discover, and I had a blast!
